You can change the language of the 'deadlinetext' by selecting the language you prefer under Campaigns > Edit Campaign >> Settings >> Deadline:

You can change the language of the floating bar countdown "labels" which appear under the numbers in your timer by navigating to Edit Campaign >> Appearance >> Translate. Use each respective field to translate the label. Be sure to click 'Save' when you're finished:
